We manufacture a line of permanent yokes for sale.  Lightweight, yet rugged, these yokes use rare earth permanent magnets to generate magnetic flux for inspection in difficult-to-reach areas, and areas without good access to electrical power.  Much, much lighter than battery pack yokes, these units excel when the inspector has to access difficult areas wearing fall arrest protection.  The cable that joins the two halves can be removed as shown, allowing the utmost in flexibilty in using the yoke.  Nothing else commercially available met our need for inexpensive and flexible, yet light and rugged yokes.  This design met those requirements very well indeed!
